Quotes
Every job starts with a written price. Work begins only after you approve it. If we find something new, we stop and ask before doing more.
Payment
Payment is due when the work is finished, unless you have approved financing. We accept cards, checks and cash.
Warranty
Labor is covered for 12 months from the date of the work. Parts carry the manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, freezing or work done by others.
Cancellations
You can cancel a scheduled visit at no charge until the plumber is on the way.
